The client wanted a way to communicate and engage with their hardcore fans and give something back to them, to help build on the relationship that had already been formed.
We created a microsite and desktop communicator to allow the client to engage exclusively with the target audience. The microsite was designed to have a very exclusive feel and with the wide range of special offers and competitions, shoppers were given that extra value to encourage word of mouth recommendations.
The desktop communicator kept the shopping centre front of the audiences mind and gave the client a direct method of communication.
We created a user friendly website with an easy to use CMS system, allowing the client to update the theme and content to support all their offline campaigns.
The communicator also had an easy to use CMS which pushed anything from news articles, special offers, videos and podcasts straight through to the users desktop.
